Q What certifications do your products have?
A Our products are certified to CE, TUV, GS, ISO 9001:2015 standards, covering the European and most international markets. Select product lines also carry EPA and ROHS certification. Please contact us to confirm certification availability for your specific product and target market.

Q Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
A Yes. Sample units are available for all in-stock products. Sample cost and shipping fees are borne by the buyer. If you proceed with a bulk order after sample approval, we will offer a discount or credit the sample cost against your first bulk order.

Q What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A For standard in-stock products with no customization, there is no strict MOQ — sample orders are accepted. For OEM orders with custom branding (logo, color or packaging), the MOQ is 50 units per order. Mixed models are accepted: for example, 20 units of one model and 30 units of another model counts as 50 units total.
