Upon delivery, we recommend customers verify product quantity and condition against the packing list. Huahe maintains strict outgoing QC — customers are welcome to randomly select units for inspection to ensure full confidence before signing off.
Remote Instruction
All Huahe products ship with a product manual. For any questions regarding operation or maintenance, contact your sales representative directly — we provide remote video guidance to walk you through the details.
1 Year Warranty
Huahe provides a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, contact your sales representative and we will assist with diagnosis and resolution. For units requiring physical repair, we will recommend a qualified service center near you.
