Behind every export record and every long-term client partnership lies a manufacturing chain we've spent decades refining.
At our 50,000㎡ facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang — nothing leaves the floor without passing through a disciplined, six-stage production system built for consistency and traceability.
It begins with raw material sourcing: every component — from steel frames to fuel tanks to control panels — is procured against strict incoming quality standards. From there, our fabrication team takes over: welding and forming the generator frames, manufacturing fuel tanks to specification, applying precision powder coating and surface treatment, machining critical mechanical parts to tolerance, and laser-cutting the control panels that define each unit's interface.
Once components are ready, our engineers assemble and bench-test the power head — pairing engine, alternator, and control system under load before a single bolt is torqued on the final unit. Full product assembly follows, integrating every sub-system into a finished generator or forklift, followed by a comprehensive functional test under real operating conditions.
Before anything is cleared for shipment, a random sampling inspection is conducted on finished goods — covering electrical performance, structural integrity, noise levels, and export compliance. Only after passing this stage does the unit enter our bonded warehouse, staged and ready for your order.
Six steps. Zero shortcuts. This is the standard behind every unit that carries the Huahe name.Huahe moved to a new factory in 2006. At the same time, $250 million was invested in the construction of a modern forklift truck factory in Sanmen,Taizhou,Zhejiang,China.
