About Huahe

Founded in 1990, Huahe Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a Taizhou-based manufacturer specializing in generators, forklifts, water pumps and high-pressure washers — with 36 years of production experience and active partnerships across more than 100 countries.

All products comply with international standards including CE, TUV, GS, EMC, EPA, ROHS, BSCI and ISO 9001:2015, ensuring market-ready compliance for Europe, North America and beyond.

2000

After struggling for ten years, In 2000 the company employees grow from 10 to 300.

2004

Got the IS09001:2008 Certificate.

2006

Move to new factory. Meanwhile, invest
250 million dollar to build modern forklift factory in Sanmen.

2008

The company's products sales break 100 million.

2012

HUAHE" became Taizhou famous trademarks.

2013

Officially changed its name to Huahe Heavy
Industries Co., Ltd and moved to the new factory covers an area of 50,126 square meters.

2014

Huahe Generator entered the Walmart supermarket and officially entered the European market.

2015

The new type forklift developed by "Huahe" was supported by the industrialization of the National Torch Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

2021

Quality Management

Incoming Materials Control

All incoming components are inspected against supplier-provided drawings and technical specifications. Items are sampled by category and checked for dimensions, tolerances, weight, appearance and resistance values before being approved for production.
Process Control

Each production shift conducts a minimum sampling inspection of 150 units. Orders of 20 units or more require a formal inspection report. Any defect found triggers an immediate line stop until the root cause is identified and resolved. Both random sampling and full inspection methods are applied depending on order requirements.
Finished Product Control

Final inspection covers appearance, dimensions, labeling, performance, start-up function and voltage grounding. A minimum 2% sampling rate applies to every order — at least 1 unit is tested for orders of 20 units or fewer. Customers are welcome to conduct on-site inspection prior to shipment.
