A: The HHLF50 uses CATL lithium iron phosphate cells — the world's largest power battery manufacturer with over 400 GWh of global installed capacity. Cycle life is rated at ≥ 6,000 cycles at 80 percent DOD with capacity retention above 80 percent. At one full cycle per day, the pack can last over 16 years.
Q2: How long does a full charge take?
A: 1-hour DC fast charging (20 % to 95 %) is supported, along with 6-hour AC slow charging. We recommend daily use of the fast-charge mode during lunch breaks.
Q3: How long does a full charge last?
A: Under 5-tonne cyclic handling conditions, a full charge provides 6–7hours of continuous operation. Lighter or intermittent duty cycles can extend this to over 8 hours.
Q4: Does the battery require daily maintenance?
A: No. The LFP battery is maintenance-free — no watering, no equalisation charging. The built-in BMS continuously monitors cell status and provides over-charge, over-discharge and over-temperature protection.
Q5: What is the warranty? Is the battery covered separately?
A: The full machine carries a 12-month / 1,000-working-hour warranty (whichever comes first). The battery pack is warranted separately for 5 years or 10,000 charge-discharge cycles (whichever comes first).
