A: Calculate total running load (kW). Keep continuous load ≤90% of rated power.
· DGH15000E: Total load ≤8.9kW – for small tools, lighting, home backup.
· DGH17000E: Total load ≤10.5kW – for small-medium job sites, cold rooms, shops.
· DGH23000E: Total load ≤13.7kW – for multiple heavy machines, large pumps, factory emergency power.
Q2: Can single-phase and three-phase outputs be used simultaneously?
A: Yes. Standard configuration includes 230V single-phase outlets and 400V three-phase terminals, but total power must not exceed the rated output.
Q3: What should I check before first use?
A: Fill proper engine oil (1.6L for DGH15000E/17000E, 2.3L for DGH23000E) and fuel. Inspect connections. Run at no load for 2 minutes before applying load.
Q4: What is the maintenance schedule?
A: First oil change at 50 hours. Then every 100 hours or 3 months (whichever comes first) – change oil, clean air filter. Inspect spark plug every 200 hours.
