Problem 1: The forklift fails to start

Solution: Check the tires for uneven wear or deformation, and replace the tires if necessary. Check whether the tire pressure is normal, if insufficient, add to the standard value. Check whether the steering mechanism is normal, including whether the steering wheel is flexible, and whether the front wheel positioning is accurate, if there is a problem, repair or adjust.

Problem 3: The speed of the forklift is slow

Possible causes: insufficient engine power, transmission system failure, hydraulic system failure, etc

Solution: Check whether the engine power is normal, if insufficient, you need to overhaul the engine. Check the drive system, including the clutch, transmission and reducer components, to ensure proper operation. Check the hydraulic system, including hydraulic oil, hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve components, to ensure normal oil supply and regulation.

Problem 4: Forklift hydraulic oil leakage

Possible causes: aging or damage of seals, aging or damage of hydraulic tubing, etc

Solution: Check the hydraulic oil leakage site to determine whether it is the seal or the hydraulic tubing aging or damage. If the seal is aging or damaged, replace the seal with a new one. If the hydraulic tubing is aging or damaged, replace the hydraulic tubing with a new one. At the same time, regularly replace the hydraulic oil and clean the hydraulic system to keep the hydraulic system clean.
