Product Overview
The HH2800-B01 is a gasoline generator built for humid, dusty, or mixed-load environments. It features an IP23 protection rating – resistant to dripping water at up to 60° from vertical and solid objects >12.5mm – making it far more reliable outdoors than standard open-frame units. Powered by the HH170 single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine (212cc, 7.0HP) with a TCI (transistor-controlled ignition) system for fast, consistent starts. The control panel delivers three standard 220V home sockets (total 12.7A) plus one 380V three-phase industrial socket – one machine powers both household appliances and small three-phase equipment (pumps, mixers, small hoists). With a 12L fuel tank and 94dB noise level (at 7m), it excels at campsites, remote workshops, farm sheds, and residential emergency backup.
FAQ
Q1: Can the IP23 generator be used in heavy rain?
A: No. IP23 only protects against dripping water at up to 60° angle. Do not use in heavy rain or standing water. We recommend a basic generator tent or a dry location. Contact us for IP54 custom orders.
Q2: Can I use all three 220V sockets and the 380V socket at the same time?
A: Yes, but total load must not exceed 3000W peak (2800W continuous). For example, if you draw 2000W from the 220V side, you may only use up to 800W from the 380V three‑phase outlet.
Q3: What type of 380V industrial socket is fitted?
A: A 4‑pin industrial waterproof socket (3P+N+PE, 380V/5A) – standard for small three‑phase equipment. The generator internally uses a star‑wound output; no external transformer needed.
Q4: Does TCI ignition require an external battery for recoil start?
A: No. In recoil‑start mode, the TCI module draws power from the flywheel magneto. A battery is only required if you add the electric start option.
Q5: Can I parallel two HH2800-B01 generators?
A: No. This model does not support parallel operation. For more power, please see larger single units (HH3800/HH3900 series).
Q6: What is the warranty?
A: 1‑year whole‑machine warranty (non‑consumables). TCI ignition module carries a 2‑year warranty. Consumables (spark plug, air filter, fuel filter) are excluded.

Key Features
· IP23 Enclosure
Sealed against solid objects ≥12.5mm (e.g., tools, gravel) and dripping water up to 60° angle. Unlike unrated generators, the HH2800-B01 can be used in light rain or dusty construction zones without immediate risk.
· TCI Digital Ignition
No contact points to wear out. TCI automatically adjusts ignition timing based on engine RPM – 30% easier cold starts, reduced spark plug fouling, and longer service intervals.
· 3+1 Hybrid Socket Panel
· Three 220V/50Hz household sockets (shared 12.7A max) – for lights, fridge, rice cooker, etc.
· One 380V three‑phase industrial socket (5A rated) – directly powers small three‑phase motors.
Note: 220V and 380V loads combined must not exceed 2800W continuous.
· Strong HH170 Engine
212cc displacement, 7.0HP, mechanical centrifugal governor – speed fluctuation under 5% from no‑load to full load, safe for sensitive electronics like computers or refrigerators.
· Dual Start System
Standard recoil pull-start. Optional electric start + 12V battery (7Ah). With electric start, a three‑position rotary switch (Start/Run/Off) makes operation intuitive.
· Compact & Portable
605×430×435mm, net weight 37kg. Comes with two swivel wheels and a folding handle – one person can easily tow it up a ramp.
· 94dB Low Noise
Large muffler + engine vibration isolators. Measured 94dB at 7m – about 2-3dB quieter than average 2800W open‑frame generators, neighbor‑friendly for night emergency use.
Competitive Advantages vs. Typical Generators

Protection rating None (below IP20) IP23 (drip & tool‑proof)
Ignition type Conventional magneto (contact points) TCI transistor ignition (auto timing)
Socket options 2~3 x 220V outlets only 3 x 220V + 1 x 380V industrial socket
Outdoor durability Afraid of rain & dust Can handle light rain & dusty sites
Cold start ease 3-5 pulls on average Usually 1-2 pulls (TCI + optimized carb)
Voltage stability ±8% ±5% (TCI + basic AVR inside)
Pain Point Solutions
Customer Pain Point This Product’s Solution
Need both 220V lighting and 380V pump on same site – bought two generators Single unit with three 220V sockets + one 380V industrial socket – switch loads without changing machines.
Generator left outside, afraid of rain damage IP23 protected – resists dripping water from 60° vertical. With splash‑proof socket covers, can work in light rain.
Old generator hard to start, pulls break TCI ignition + optional electric start – turn key or push button. Even recoil starts are easier.
Noise complaints from neighbors 94dB @7m, double‑chamber muffler – as quiet as it gets for an open‑frame.
Unstable voltage damages appliances TCI + digital governor keeps voltage change <8% from no‑load to full load; each socket has overload protection.
