The function of the rocker arm assembly is to change the direction of the thrust of the valve transmission group and drive the valve to open. The rocker arm is a two-arm lever with unequal length, and the valve mechanism is driven by the rocker arm. Although the mechanism is more complex, the CAM lift can be reduced when the valve lift is fixed by selecting the length of both ends of the rocker arm, and the adjustment of the valve clearance is also more convenient. The common rocker arm assembly is mainly composed of the rocker arm shaft, the rocker arm shaft support, the rocker arm and the positioning spring. All parts of the rocker arm assembly are installed on the rocker arm shaft, and are bolted on the cylinder head through the rocker arm shaft support. In order to prevent the rocker arm shaft from rotating in its support hole or moving axially, the rocker arm shaft is fixed with fastening screws. The rocker arm is arranged on the shaft of the rocker arm through the inner liner set in the middle shaft hole. In order to ensure the axial position of each rocker arm, the positioning spring installed on the side of the rocker arm is used to position it. The rocker arm shaft is a hollow structure, and both ends are closed by plugging. The lubricating oil enters the rocker arm shaft through the middle rocker arm shaft support oil passage communicated with the oil passage on the cylinder head. The rocker arm shaft and the rocker arm are processed with corresponding oil holes, so that the rocker arm shaft and the rocker arm can be reliably lubricated.
